During the 5th Stakeholder workshop on "Safe and sustainable by design (SSbD)" from 5th to 6th December 2024 in Brussels the Joint Research Center (JRC) gave an update on the outcomes of the 2nd reporting period of the SSbD framework, the recently published Methodological Guidance and the ways forward regarding the revision and the development of criteria in 2025.
